Basic to Advanced Clinical Echocardiography. A Self-Assessment Tool for the Cardiac Sonographer

A unique resource, this book is designed to determine not only your level of expertise and applicability of knowledge but also serve as an up-to-date clinical resource in the practice of cardiac sonography. Cardiac Skills Australia's Kellie D'Orsa has been asked to participate as a contributing author, alongside Bonita Anderson and other esteemed educators in the development of the new "Basic to Advanced Clinical Echocardiography. A Self-Assessment Tool for the Cardiac Sonographer" text book to be published by Wolters Kluwer/Lippincott Williams & Wilkins Health. 

Medical students love getting a 'Taste of Echo'

The 'Taste of Echo' workshop held in April was again a great success and a fantastic opportunity for the students that attended. This 1-day workshop introduces medical students to the skills and applications of cardiac ultrasound, building a greater appreciation for the role of echo in medicine.
