Cardiac Skills Australia cancellation policy

 

Cancellation

 

If you have registered & made full payment but are not able to attend Cardiac Skills Australia training or workshop the following applies.

 

• Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the training or workshop will result in a 10% cancellation fee (including GST).

• Cancellation less than 30 days prior to the training or workshop will result in a 50% cancellation fee (including GST).

 

Cancellations must be made in writing to, and confirmed with info@cardiacskillsaustralia.com.au​

 

No refunds can be made less than 7 days prior to the training or workshop start date or during the training or workshop.

 

Training or workshop registration can be transferred to another applicant at no extra charge. Confirmation of this change must be sent to info@cardiacskillsaustralia.com.au

Course transfer

 

If you have registered and are not able to attend a Cardiac Skills Australia training or workshop, you can nominate to transfer your place to the same course or another at a later date once within a 12 month period (subject to availability). This will incur a transfer fee of 10% of the training registration fee. This can be done no later than 7 days before start of training event or workshop.

Private tuition: Valid within 12 months of issue date.
